Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team and provide outstanding customer service.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Prior retail experience preferred
