Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the store is well-organized.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers throughout their experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies while upholding security measures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older with the ability to provide courteous service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
