We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assistance during shopping experiences.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and follow cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years to work at Aldi.
• Ability to operate equipment such as a hand jack, floor scrubber, and cash register.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
