Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining stocked shelves, cashiering, and ensuring the store's overall appearance is welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and handle cashier duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
