Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
- Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team and store management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold data security
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
- Operational knowledge of equipment and cleaning standards
- Ability to follow policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
