Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain visual displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Participate in inventory management and store maintenance tasks
- Follow cash handling procedures and company policies
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
