Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain visual displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Participate in inventory management and store maintenance tasks
  • Follow cash handling procedures and company policies

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent
