Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
