Job Title: Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Join ALDI as a Store Associate and play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success through merchandising, cashiering, and exceptional customer service. Collaborate with the ALDI team to provide customers with a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills while providing exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
