Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products and inventory.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register.
- Safely handle equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask.
- Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
