Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. Your main responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
