Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Key Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide feedback to management regarding products, inventory, and customer issues.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Experience in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
