Job Description
Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a key role in ensuring our store operates smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Support inventory management and follow cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide courteous customer service
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior retail experience preferred
