Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver excellent customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and uphold security measures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service
• Capable of operating a cash register accurately
• Skilled in equipment operation and general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
• Meet all state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Educational and Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
• A combination of education and experience is acceptable
