Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your dedication to exceptional customer service and teamwork will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P).
- Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
- Adhere to company procedures, policies, and maintain document confidentiality.
- Handle physical demands such as stocking shelves and moving merchandise.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
- Able to operate store equipment responsibly.
- Capable of meeting physical demands and working independently or in a team.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
