Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
- Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers.
- Work as part of a team to maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and customer-friendly shopping experience.
- Perform inventory counts and report any discrepancies to management.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prior retail work experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and local regulations.
