Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting shoppers throughout their store visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Conduct inventory counts as per guidelines and monitor inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
- Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
- High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience is a plus.
