Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's operations, including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized shopping environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
- Assist and provide excellent customer service
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and can work independently or within a team
- Compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prior retail experience is preferred
