Job Description
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. You'll collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and neatly stock shelves
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
- Communicate clearly with team members and management
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
- Follow company policies while maintaining security and confidentiality
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills
- Ability to operate store equipment safely and effectively
- Understanding and application of company policies and procedures
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Prior retail work experience (preferred)
