In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Stock merchandise, process customer purchases, and maintain store cleanliness
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Conduct store inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and provide feedback on products and inventory
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to ensure minimal losses
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring document security and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
- Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties to company standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Work independently and within a team environment
- Stay organized, detail-oriented, follow instructions, and multitask efficiently
- Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail work experience preferred
