Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, handle customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping needs
• Keep shelves and displays neat and organized
• Communicate effectively with the store management team
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Provide excellent customer service
• Operate a cash register accurately
• Handle equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness standards
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Work well in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
