Job Description

We are hiring a Store Operations Assistant to join the dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professionalism in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and restock shelves.
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Report product issues, assist with inventory management, and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
