Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with our team members and provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Offer exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
