We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills as outlined for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Follow company policies diligently to ensure store security and data confidentiality.
  • Complete other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old to work at ALDI.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and various retail equipment.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain store standards.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Meet all state and local requirements for alcohol sales if applicable.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Combination of education and relevant experience is acceptable.
