We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience, ensuring the store is well-organized, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves with merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Operate equipment efficiently and maintain cleanliness in the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and work in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
