Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's overall appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with our team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support a positive shopping environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies, ensure security, and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company standards in cleaning and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Meet the necessary requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience demonstrating equivalent knowledge.
