Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a key part of the store team, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and maintain displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to store inventory counts and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
