Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join Aldi, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store, assisting customers, and providing exceptional service. As a Store Associate, you will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Assist customers, process purchases, and maintain a clean store
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Provide feedback to management and participate in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Operate cash register and store equipment
• Work independently and within a team environment
• Meet state and local requirements for product handling
