Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and assisting with various tasks to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a secure and efficient operational environment.
• Participate in inventory management and maintain accurate stock levels.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
