Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service.
• Manage cashier duties and maintain a clean store environment.
• Ensure merchandise is neatly displayed and assist with inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
