Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock and preparing orders for shipment. The position offers a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, based on shift differentials.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock accurately.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
