As a Neurology Account Manager, you will establish partnerships with key stakeholders, execute promotional activities, and contribute to strategic corporate initiatives. This role requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a patient-centered approach.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate high performance with a focus on trust, respect, and compliance.
- Establish strong relationships with customers, KOL’s, and healthcare centers.
- Develop and implement key sales enablers in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive products, and healthcare environment.
- Analyze data to develop strategic business plans and manage budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited University.
- Minimum 5 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience.
- Proven track record in exceeding goals, account management, and sales.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM.
Travel
- Ability to travel up to 40% covering large geographic areas.
- Availability for evening and weekend meetings and events.
