Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oncology Business Manager to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals' Market Access team. As an Oncology Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and managing business relationships within health systems and community oncology practices to ensure access to Jazz Oncology products. This position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration skills in a complex healthcare environment.
Position Objectives
- Develop and execute business plans with expertise in group purchasing organizations, health economics, and reimbursement models.
- Support Jazz Oncology brand objectives by collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Position Jazz Oncology as a preferred partner for stakeholders and drive initiatives that benefit patients.
Position Responsibilities
- Optimize engagement and resources with strategic oncology accounts.
- Develop strategic plans with Regional Sales Managers to ensure optimal access for Jazz Oncology products.
- Communicate account plans and insights to inform access strategy.
- Build and manage key business relationships with decision-makers in health systems and community practice oncology.
Skills / Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10+ years of industry experience.
- Experience with Oncology Practice Network accounts and Health Systems.
- Strong knowledge of Oncology, Financial barriers, Reimbursement models, and payer environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
