Senior Director, Pharmacometrics (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Director, Pharmacometrics to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will lead the design, oversight, analysis, and reporting of pharmacometrics programs supporting compounds in oncology from discovery to post-marketing stages. You will play a key role in strategic decision-making, team leadership, compliance management, and maintaining high scientific standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, review, and implementation of pharmacometrics-related drug development plans.
• Apply model-informed drug development to guide decision-making processes.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively, resolve conflicts, and ensure a GxP compliant environment.
• Build and develop a talented pharmacometrics team, oversee deliverables, and drive high-performance standards.
• Maintain compliance with record management, resource management, and vendor management best practices.

Requirements

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences or related field with 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record in successful regulatory interactions, NDAs/BLAs, drug approvals, and peer-reviewed publications.
• Proficiency in quantitative analyses using NONMEM, R, and other pharmacometrics software.
• Extensive understanding of global regulatory requirements and experience in regulatory interactions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
