Job Description
We are looking for a talented Manager, Field Analytics and Operations specializing in Oncology/Incentive Compensation to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This position offers the opportunity to innovate and impact patient lives by supporting field force analytics, operational effectiveness, and incentive compensation strategies within the US Business Operations and Analytics department.
Responsibilities
- Lead field force analytics, operational planning, and alignment for the Oncology team.
- Design and implement customer call planning and targeting tools for field force productivity evaluation.
- Manage sub-national sales force reporting and analysis through centralized data platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Effectively communicate incentive compensation plans and resolve inquiries from field-based teams.
- Partner with data strategy and commercial IS teams to enhance business analytics and operational capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
- Experience with pharmaceutical data platforms like IQVIA and Symphony.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and incentive compensation software.
- Proven ability to work with ambiguous datasets and derive meaningful insights.
- 3+ years in sales operations or Commercial IT, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
