Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Director, Pharmacometrics to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership in the design, oversight, analysis, and reporting of pharmacometrics programs supporting compounds in oncology from discovery through post-marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacometrics-related drug development plans and regulatory filings.
• Apply model-informed drug development principles to guide decision making.
• Manage conflicting priorities and find creative solutions.
• Build, lead, and develop a talented pharmacometrics team.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and foster transparency.

Requirements

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, statistics, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Extensive knowledge of drug development and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and manage collaborations with external partners.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
