Job Description
We are looking for a Director of Global Medical Affairs, specifically in the Neuroscience-Sleep sector, to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of the Global Medical Affairs department, the Director will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated Global Medical Affairs Strategy and Plan, as well as an Integrated Evidence Generation Plan for the molecule. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product lifecycle management and delivery of high-quality scientific and medical communications globally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Global Medical Affairs Plan focused on Sleep.
- Collaborate with Medical Communications for communication strategy and publication planning.
- Review and provide insights on medical education grants and trial proposals.
- Participate in Medical Functional Matrix Team meetings and global forums.
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and drive global expert engagement.
- Ensure compliance with international codes and regulations.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of Medical Affairs and/or clinical development experience in neurosciences.
- Experience in developing and executing Global Medical Affairs Strategies and Plans.
- Strong organizational skills and customer focus.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- MD degree strongly preferred.
