Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment while maintaining warehouse standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Collaborate with peers and management for process improvement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move product up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
