Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and play a vital part in the logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise following warehouse guidelines and safety standards.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and appearance standards.
• Assist in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and follow procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Physical agility to perform various warehouse tasks.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
