Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that products are processed, organized, and prepared for shipment accurately and in a timely manner. From receiving incoming stock to maintaining warehouse appearance standards, your contributions will be vital to our success.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders from stores.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
- Assist in inventory management and warehouse improvement processes.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment.
