Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a full-time Warehouse Associate for our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments for our stores. The position offers competitive hourly rates starting at $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on shift differentials.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse management.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
