Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's dynamic team. This role involves efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and collaborating effectively with warehouse leadership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently and in a team environment, and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards through general cleaning.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
