Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join ALDI's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, ensuring order fulfillment, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Conduct warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and adherence to company procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt positively to challenges.
• Efficiently organize tasks and adhere to standards.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment.
• Engage in physical tasks throughout varying warehouse environments.
