1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including receiving and organizing stock, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, cooperating with peers and management, and assisting in process improvements.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Independently manage delegated responsibilities.
• Support warehouse management in achieving goals.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Perform various physical activities in different warehouse environments.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
