Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts.
Shift Information
Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time
Schedule: Currently hiring for Schedule B. Various schedule options available.
Job Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock.
- Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Interact effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements.
- Inspect products for quality and safety.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Education and Experience
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise throughout the warehouse, work in varying temperatures, and operate powered industrial equipment.
