Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth operations of our warehouse. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varied temperatures.
• Physical agility to move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
