We are currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders from stores, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
