1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. This role involves various responsibilities such as receiving and organizing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate and load merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Interact cooperatively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 45 pounds.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and moving products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures, both hot and cold.
• Stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
