Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing shipments, and supporting warehouse operations. This position offers competitive wages and benefits.

Shift:

1st Shift - 7:00AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory counts and process improvement.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements:

Lifting up to 45 pounds, bending, reaching, operating equipment, and working in varied temperatures.
