Job Description

We are looking to hire a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficient stock management, order fulfillment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Shifts

• 1st Shift - 7:00 AM
• Various schedules available

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
