1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership to ensure operational excellence.

Shift and Schedules

Shift: 1st Shift starting at 7:15 AM. Various schedule options available to suit different preferences and availability.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Engage in various physical activities in warehouse environments.
